Renting the entire House

It's possible to rent La Fornacina out per WEEK as ENTIRE HOUSE for 10 + 4 people at the following prices:

€ 2,000 during Low Season (parts of January, February, March)
€ 3,000 during High Season (parts of April, May, June; November, also parts of December)
€ 4,000 during Peak Season (July, August, first week of September, Easter week, Holiday season)

You can rent la Fornacina for WEEKENDS or SHORT TERMS (except August) with a minimum stay of 3 nights for:

€ 500 during Low Season (all January except New Year’s; February, March)
€ 700 during High Season (all April / May except Easter; June, November, all December except Christmas weeks)
€ 800 during Peak Season (July, first week of September, Easter week, Holiday season)

The entire house rental includes:

Full accommodations, up to 10 + 4 people
5 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 5 full bathrooms 3 extrabeds
3000 square feet of indoor spaces
2.5 acres of outdoor spaces divided into a large garden with swimming pool (20 by 46 feet), hot tub, Finnish sauna, stone bbq with all facilities
Welcoming Aperitivo at the arrive
Basic Breakfast goods to get you started
2 linen and towels sets
1 fireplace and 1 brick oven wood load
Housemaid cleaning service in the middle of your stay (only for weekly and longer period rentals)

These rates do not includes:

gas for heat
additional cords of wood, after your initial first night’s load for the fireplace and for the brick oven for baking pizza

Renting the House for Small Groups

It's possible to rent La Fornacina out per WEEK per small parties of 6 people at the following prices:

€ 1,000 during Low Season (parts of January, February, March)
€ 2,000 during High Season (parts of April, May, June; November, also parts of December)
€ 3,000 during Peak Season (July, first week of September)

Reservation Policy:

You must present 40% of the total rental amount deposit to secure your reservation.
House rules agreement.
€ 1,000 safe deposit (for less than a week’s rental, the deposit is € 500) in advance of your arrival, that will be returned to you at your departure if there is no damage to the property.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 30 days from the expected arrival date ensures entire returned deposit
From the 29th until the last day before your expected arrival, there is no returned deposit

Extra costs:

Any extra night will cost from € 500 to € 800 depending on season.
Over 14 people, any extra guest pays € 50 per night.
